The Three-Hour Expertise Sprint · 30-day setup
What you get.
People need to understand what you do before they’ll hire you. I rewrite your website, LinkedIn and sales materials so prospective clients understand what they’re buying and why they should choose you.
Make the reason to hire you obvious.
Your website, LinkedIn and sales materials should answer three questions: What do you do? Why choose you? What do I get? The Full Sprint gives you the finished copy, sales documents, content tools and expertise files at session three.
- 1. Your full homepage copy.
So visitors quickly understand why to hire you. We write every section with a five-second clarity goal: what you do, who you help, what you offer, why to trust you, what makes you different and how to book a call. Delivered as a Google Doc.
- 2. Your full LinkedIn profile copy.
So people checking you out understand your expertise and offer. All text-based sections are rewritten to establish your authority, explain who you help and give interested prospects a clear path to booking a call.
- 3. Your sales call funnel Google Doc.
So leads understand the offer before you meet. You get page copy, calendar wording and follow-up emails to pre-sell the conversation. The goal is a clear buying decision in one or two conversations, with fewer follow-ups spent explaining the basics.
- 4. Your offer one-pager.
An internal document for you and your team, so everyone knows who the offer is for, what clients get and how to explain its value. It includes recommended price points and messaging hooks informed by competitor research and customer language.
You also get a digital knowledge file so your AI works from the same approved offer information.
- 5. Your process one-pager, when applicable.
An internal document for you and your team, so you can clearly explain what is distinctive about how you work. We describe the steps and their value in language your customers use, informed by competitor messaging research.
You also get a digital knowledge file so your AI works from the same approved process information.
- 6. Your Content Coach skill and calendar.
Your Content Coach is a custom skill I build for your AI tool of choice. It uses your expertise, voice, audience and content topics to help you create authentic, authoritative content that speaks to your clients...instead of AI filler.
You get a content calendar and guidance built around LinkedIn publishing. The skill asks for your real examples and perspective. You review and approve drafts before posting; you can ask general questions about using it on the shared group support call.
Plus your expertise files.
So your team and AI can work from the same approved information. The files cover your ideal client, offer, process, competitors, customer language, voice, proof and sales templates.
I show you how to use them in a ChatGPT or Claude project to draft content, prepare proposals and answer common sales questions. Your Content Coach skill uses these same files and tailored instructions.
You also get AI-ready expertise files and structured website copy to help AI tools understand who you serve, what you offer and why you’re credible. These assets help prepare your business for relevant recommendations in AI chats.
The $8,000 setup covers research, ideas, writing and the files. You update LinkedIn yourself and can use the documents with your existing team. We build and publish your website after the setup as part of the ongoing monthly service.
See an example of what an expertise file contains
Illustrative outline, not a client document.
- Who the offer is for and what problem they want solved
- What is included, the price and how delivery works
- Reasons to choose you and the proof supporting them
- Language to use, common questions and sales responses
No results are guaranteed. We deliver the agreed documents, files and support. We do not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, closing times, LinkedIn reach or any other business result. Monthly group support provides general guidance on using the delivered materials.
Stop losing sales to a confusing message.
You do good work. Does your website make that obvious? Buyers need to understand the value before they can decide it’s worth paying for.
A referral explains why someone should hire you. Your website should too. A good referral arrives with context and trust. But that person may still check your website or LinkedIn. If the story there is confusing, a warm introduction can turn into a missed opportunity.
What is one client worth to you?
Think about the profit from one client. Then consider a referral who checks you out online and leaves with questions instead of booking. If clearer messaging helps you win a client you might otherwise have missed, does that profit cover the Sprint and ongoing support?
Sales and other business results are not guaranteed.

How it works.
Three sessions within the first 30 days. About an hour each. I do the research and writing between them.
- SESSION 1 · FREE
You explain.
We work through your clients, offer, expertise and current message. At the end, you decide whether to buy the $8,000 setup. If you continue, we schedule session two.
- SESSION 2
We sharpen.
I present your proposed offer and process, competitor research and customer language. We answer new questions and agree on the direction before I finish the copy and files.
- SESSION 3 · DELIVERY
You receive.
I show you every finished document, your Content Coach and expertise file, answer your questions and explain how to use them. You receive all the deliverables in this session.
Two rounds of in-scope revisions per major deliverable are included. Leave specific comments in your Google Docs within the agreed review period. New offers, strategy or additional deliverables require an agreed written scope.
Try the first session free.
See how I work before you buy.
The free working session is session one of the three. Review the $8,000 setup price and ongoing monthly support terms before attending, and come ready to make the decision at the end.
If someone else needs to approve the purchase, bring them to that session. If the work is not right for you, say no. You owe nothing and have no obligation to continue.
If you choose to continue, the setup is $8,000, payable at the end of Session 1 if you proceed, followed by ongoing monthly support after the first 30 days.
How to get it.
Get a fresh pair of eyes.
We’ll review your website or LinkedIn. I’ll suggest one fix and explain if a Sprint could help. No purchase required.
$500 monthly continuation service
$8,000 at the end of Session 1 if you proceed. Your first $500 charge is 30 days after paid enrollment, then monthly until canceled.
The $500 monthly continuation service begins 30 days after paid enrollment. Cancel by emailing support@mikelmurphy.com with 30 calendar days’ written notice. Renewals before the cancellation date remain payable in full; no renewal is charged on or after that date, and there is no prorated refund. Remaining paid Sprint delivery is still owed.
- Shared group support. One shared group support call per paid service month. No individual consulting calls or direct WhatsApp access to Mike. Individual access to Mike belongs to the three working sessions in the $8,000 engagement.
- Website and call funnel. One website plus landing, calendar booking and confirmation pages, up to 10 pages combined. Normally built in Months 2–4 from the Sprint materials while subscribed. Includes supported reminders, written video outlines and Client-supplied tracking tags; filming and video editing are excluded.
- Hosting setup and DNS assistance. You own the accounts. Maintain a suitable Claude or ChatGPT subscription and Supabase or GitHub account, plus required hosting/calendar subscriptions. We help deploy and connect your domain after written site approval, preserving email and unrelated DNS records. Third-party fees are yours.
- Reviews and revisions. Two in-scope revision rounds per major deliverable. Sprint inputs and reviews are due within three Business Days; website feedback within five. Silence is not website approval. Late website inputs move delivery to the next available slot while normal monthly billing continues, without a separate delay fee. In-scope completion can continue beyond Month 4 while subscribed.
- Website maintenance. Up to two hours per paid service month for minor text, image and link updates and fixes to existing pages, layouts and forms. Unused hours do not roll over. No unlimited development or bespoke strategy work; additional work requires a separate approved scope and fee.
On cancellation, we send the completed, paid-for website files as a ZIP. You must save the files and arrange your replacement site without us. If unfinished, the work is handed over in its then-current state. The remaining website build is not included after cancellation. Major redesigns, extra website builds, ongoing content production, CRM implementation and custom automation require separate scope.
